Blocked nose without runny nose is due to shift in the nasal septum. Its a physical defect, so best is to try natural methods like having steam inhalation twice a day and if you feel like you can add medicine to the hot water. Another natural method is learning from an yoga expert and practicing jalanethi or sutranethi kriya. If you can learn and practice pranayama, it can also help you. As for medicines, when no running nose medicines will not help you much. Avoid refregirated meterial like water etc.
