Severe pain in penis shaft particularly while urinating. Dr. prescribed cystone 3 tablets 3 times. Neeri syrup 3 spoons 3 times. levofloxacin tablets 500 mg one tablet daily for 5 days. I have taken neeri syrup 2 times daily, I split levofloxacin tablets into two (one part 250 mg) and taken two times for three days. Now my pain has gone. But urine flow reduced. Shall I continue the tablets 2 more days. And shall I continue neeri syrup for some more days. I am not taking cystone. My age is 58 yrs. Please advise what to do. Shall the uti recur again. levofloxacin tablets causing burning in stomach, pain in legs and fingers that is why I took it half tablet two times aday instead of taking 500 mg at a time. Taking neeri syrup and cystone at time be useful to me shall I continue both, for how many days, please advice. Due to lock down I could not take urinalysis and required tests.
