I have shingles at left side of chest and towards left arm and back 3 weeks ago, now shingles are dried up but still feel pain in my left armpit and I have used acyclovir 400 mg 5 times for 5 days and lycra once a day for treatment. What the reason of pain and what will be the treatment.
