I recently found out a wart like thing on the urethra opening (urinary meatus left side) of my penis. (am just calling it a wart, but don't know what it is). I just noticed about 2 days back. Earlier it wasn't there at all. It's painless, dark in color, dotted like thing, but like a wart, raised. Any help in identifying what it is and how to cure?
