I am 22 years old male I rolled over my erect penis on 2019 december month from that time I got pain in the middle of the shaft and the left testis .after that I will experience pain for some time and then there will be gradual decrease in pain but for the past few weeks I am experiencing lower back pain and the left testis pain after masturbation if this a problem whether I have to consult a doctor I am so worried about it.
