Hi I am nowv4 weeks in pain I am bleeding from my anus and I was in so much pain I started to take hemmoroids cream and suppositories cause I looked in mirror my anus was sore bleeding after I had a bowel movement and itchy but the pain I used up all my cream and suppositories and it still has not gone away the pain is like a knife like pain its after getting so painful that when I need to go to toilet I am trying to hold it because it is so painful like i'm passing toilet of knives it so painful I have a small lil like a skin tag at the outside of me anus its itchy and painful can you recommend me iv tried epsom salts wat it is because I am in so much pain please xx.
