I am suffering from testicular pain from last 3 years. My both testicle get swell some time but pain is always their. I have to cautious to do any physical activity even after wearing supporter. Without supporter I can't do any normal physical activity such as come down from stairs by walking normally like a normal person. I have to extremely slow without supporter. I have done some scrotum ultrasound and color doppler but they shows only mild hydrocele in left testicle and minor in right testicle. Currently doctors had gave me two medicine to take while feeling pain. paracetamol 500 mg and tramadol hydrochloride capsule ip 50 mg. I don't remember 3 years back, what medicine had been given to me. Now a days, I am feeling a lump or cyst like structure on the top back side of left testicle (not causing pain but looking inappropriate). Whenever I go for checkup to doctor swollen goes away that's why my doctor is not understanding the problem to look into it properly. Problem related to lump is recently happened. Yet to diagnose by doctor.
