I am a male 26 years old, my right testicle is like having a lump and swelling from the inside for about a week now and it gives me a waist pain that sometimes I find it difficult to walk properly, I am not having any difficulty urinating and my penis still gets hard but the right testicle is paining me with my waist please what can I do.
