Hello, I am 21 years old female. I have been doing workout since past 4-5 days yesterday I skipped it. Today I did but I realized that I sweating alot now. Even at that movement. I drank 1 glass full of water before and after workout. I urinated in the evening. The color was dark yellow and low output and now I feel like I want to pee frequently but every time I go the output is almost equal to nil. I have no pain. What is it?

Since the weather is warm & humid & as you have been exercising a lot, most of your body water has been lost in the form of sweat (along with electrolytes). If you keep on drinking just plain water, it may not work well as you need to replenish the lost electrolytes as well. Hence your urine has become concentrated & output has dropped. Consume ors as much as possible. Dissolve one full sachet in exact 1l of drinking water (plain water, not mineral) & consume over 24 hrs. Take adequate rest, consume seasonal fruits, have a light meal. Hope this helps.
