About 1 month ago I noticed a portion of my foreskin gets hard. Less than 1 cm. I didn't pay attention as it didn't bothered me, then I began to feel discomfort during the sexual act. As the foreskin is stretching more than it can handle. In the last 2 weeks I had to stay isolated due to covid19 infection. The issue evaluated, it formed like a hard white ring on foreskin which caused phimosis during erection. I'm afraid of spreading to the gland. I read something on internet about balanitis xerotica. I bought betaderm and I applied it for about 1 week but it doesn't seem to recover. What should I do? The hospitals in my area treat only the cavity19 infected patients and emergency cases. My doctor said it is not an emergency to send me to a specialist.
