Sir I am taking tamdura for the last 6 months. But I am upset that my seminal outflow is nil and it disturbs me a lot. Even if I stop taking tamdura (temporarily) for a week also, I don't find any improvement in ejaculation. Is there any other medicine for benign prostatic hyperplasia which does not give this problem, I mean stop semen outflow during ejaculation? Please advise me. Thank you.

Alfuzocin is the only alpha blocker which does not cause retrograde ejaculation, however it may cause significant postural hypotension.
