I am 31 years old & I have been suffering from Ear ringing (Tinnitus) from last 3 years, I have taken lot of medicine, finally I took tinnex injections eventhough there is no good result, It is continuously ringing (24hrs) in my right Ear, I have taken audiography so there is no hearing loss, please suggest me the proper treatment.
