Sir I had pain in my left testicles so the doctor advised me to have an ultrasound. The report shows a cyst of 10 mm with some fluid in it. Doctor gave me some medicine and told me not to worry. The medication is over and the pain is okay but I feel some inflammation in the left side of scrotum with some redness. Please tell me what to do now.

Hello- You might be suffering from epididymal cyst. It is a painless, fluid-filled cyst in the long, tightly coiled tube that lies above and behind each testicle (epididymis). The fluid in the cyst may contain sperm that are no longer alive. It feels like a smooth, firm lump in the scrotum on top of the testicle. Sorry to say but antibiotics or painkiller can't solve it. You need to consult a Ayurveda doctor for treatment.
