Although These Grey spots are usually and due to child have thin sclera and pigment collects around where small blood vessels or nerves enter into the choroid under the sclera, the choroid is pigmented. Often these go away as the child's sclera gets thicker with age.But your daughter being 18 years of age and still these spots are in the eyes.So although it seems like it could not cause any problem but my suggestion is to get the eyes physically examined by a local eye specialist to rule out any deep seated problem.
