Dear sir I am 48 years old man. I am suffering from acute right epididymitis and grade-1 varicocele as per lab test now in symptom I have minor pain in right testicles and minor inflammation. Since last 25 days I am under treatment of urologist but can not success permanently. I had take medicines and uricure syrup as per urologist.in result I feel relief from pain after taking uricure syrup. Now I want to know about any side effects of kegel exercise regarding this issue. Because of I was do kegel daily for 1 min partially before I get this issue now kegel exercise did not. So.pl. Sir pl. Give me advice.
