Why my knee gets locked? Whenever I try to bend it I cannot straight it out, I have this injury since 19th april 2019 my mri report (on may 18) says "grade 1 acl sprain, linear hyperintense signal is noted and posterior horn of medial meniscus extending upto the free edge of the meniscus posteriorly with associated small paramedical cyst measuring approx 64 mm of grade 3 tear. Grade 1 horizontal signal in anterior horn of medial meniscus. Minimal joint effusion noted. Small bural effusion in the medial head of the gastrocnemius and the semimembranous bursa. I have taken physiotherapy management: that includes ultrasonic therapy and shortwave diathermy for 20 days and since june 5th to july 2nd! and continuing only knee strengthening exercise since then! do I continue physiotherapy which I discontinued since july 2nd? Please advice.
