Back in October, I was bitten by a tick. The next morning, it was removed. A few days later, the school nurse called my mom and I was sent to the doctors. Although the bullseye had started, the doctor said they?d never seen anything like it before. I was diagnosed with ?early onset of Lyme disease.? they prescribed antibiotics, which I was supposed to take 2 a day, (i misheard and took 1 a day.) they did my blood work and said that the antibiotics had worked and I didn't have Lyme disease. Now, almost 10 months later, the wound is still there. It?s kind of hard, and itches at random times. I haven?t seen this with any other tick bite.

Take full treatment of antibiotics. It is fully treatable in early stages. If not treated complications may occur like joints, heart and nervous system involvement.
