You need to do intercourse from 9th day of her cycle (counting first day of the period a day 1), to 15th day of periods. Do every day or every alternate day for ovulation day subtract 14 from total days of cycle. Like in your case its 30 days cycle, so ovulation will happen around the 16th day of the cycle. The first day being the first day of the last period.
