I am manoj 27 years male, I haven't cleaned my pennis since I was born, at school days one of my teachers told me to clean under foreskin at that time I tried to open it but it won't open full, I thought that's it and I cleaned that front part and I never went for head of the pennis, few days back one of my friends told me that without opening we can't do sex, so then I tried to open after a huge pain it opened until head, and I clean that area. But I found dark patches of dirt on it. Can we clean it? Otherwise will I require an urgent medical attention?

Hello- You are suffering From Phimosis. It is the technical term for an un-retractable foreskin.
