Me and wife had yeast infection and got treated recently. My wife was given fluconazole 150 mg (one dose taken on 4th june, tuesday and second capsule on 7th, friday). She also used miconazole nitrate 400 mg vaginal ovules for 3 days. Today (9th june, sunday) she got vaginal spotting with abdominal cramping. I doubt, this may be due to implantation (not sure). If so, will the recent intake of fluconazole 150 mg affects pregnancy. I heard that fluconazole during pregnancy can cause problems in pregnancy. Kindly help.

Yes, it can cause side effects. You should avoid planning for it during the treatment. Also, it is better to take homoeopathic treatment for yeast as allopathic treatment will not cure permanently.
