I am 14 years old boy. I am very much depressed about my sexual health. Since I can not disclose the matter to anyone, it is silently consuming me. I go to spoken english class, where I have to talk in english with girl but whenever I talk with them, I start leaking semen in my pants. Sometime it produce wet mark on jeans but not always. I do not think anything sexual about them, still it happen. Leak start as soon as I start talking to them. Such things also happen when I watch any romantic songs. Some says that it is due to weakness of nerves, some says it is due to thinning of seminal fluid. I am very much worried about this. Please help me.
