Hello docs, I need to ask something really important about my parents. My mother never shared this, but now I know. My father met with an accident and his spinal cord was hurt. His lower body since then is not active so it has affected their sexual life a lot. Its been 4 years now. He just cannot have sex anymore although he wants to. Its been so long there has been no discharge and that is the reason may be he has started being horny and has a bad eye on woman as well as he treats my mother very badly. Its psychological as well as physical. Can somebody please guide me how can I help my mom to cooperate or there can be any medical solution for my dad, that can help things move in a positive direction. Their lives are getting so badly affected. Please help and guide. Any medication or something that can make a difference in their such disturbed life. They both are 50+ now.
