I am 59 years old male and usually have body pains due to sitting excessively. I feel comfortable throughout the day if I take indomethacin once or twice a day with meals but I heard it's bad for kidneys if taken regularly. Kindly clarify if it's ok to take one each after breakfast and dinner or once only.

Sitting all day loosens and weakens the muscles in the body, particularly those in the midsection and lower body. And without strong legs and glutes, our lower body becomes unable to hold us up when sitting down or keep us stable when walking and jumping.
