I am a 26 year old male and I had frenuloplasty 10 days back, now the main concern for which I undergone procedure was that the foreskin being too tight wasn't able to pull back in erection, after surgery it is better than previous condition but still I cannot fully retract skin when erect as it becomes tight. Should I continue pulling manually or go for a dorsal cut? Also I keep myself clean so no hygiene problem.
