I am 42 years old and having knee discomfort and also stiffness in body - there is no pain but feel less support is there in my knees. Few years back orthopedic doctor said I have calcium deficiency. If I take calcium pills, get stomach upset.. I do not take milk. So my condition is not improving. I am also taking calcirol 60 k sachet once in week for 6 weeks now as my vitamin d was 17.

Continue vitamin d3 course there are stomach friendly preparations in calcium, even syrup is there apart from this try reducing your weight and do some one exercises to reduce the symptoms in the knee even a course of vitamin e and b12 will help to reduce your symptoms.
