I am 40 years old and moderate smoker since almost 20 years. I am feeling that my body is not accepting smoking anymore. Now, my question is how to clean my lungs? Even after stop smoking the tar residue will remains inside lungs. This residue how to take it out and continue healthy life? Please kindly suggest.

First of all stop smoking then pranayam regular practice and go for panchkarma (vaman karma) at your near by centre.
