Hello doctor ,i am 23 years old and I had perianal abscess surgery in 2018 and recently again I am diagnosed with initial stage of perianal abscess there is slight discharge with no pain near perianal area. Recently m on antibiotics and pain killers and take sits bath twice a day .does antibiotics will help to reduce abscess?
