I am suffering from anxiety disorder from past 3 years. But I used to take medicines very irregularly as whenever I started feeling fine, I skipped or left but from past 1 week I have again visited my doctor and he prescribed me prodep 20 but it's like 10 days but still I am not able to adjust to it. Stomach upset is there, followed by dry mouth and headaches, also he has given me lonazep 0.25 to have whenever I feel uneasy. Please help what should I do?

Moreover, medicine are just one part of your treatment and may have side effects due to body conditions and other reasons. You may need to start few non medicine treatment plan like changes in your lifestyle routine, few dietary changes, psychotherapies, relaxation techniques etc to support the treatment for permanent cure.
