Sir, I am 21 years old an mbbs student. I first realized that I developed a patch on my back of scalp on rightmost corner in july ,2018 I ignored it but as it started increasing in size I consulted doctors in november and started the treatment with kenacort injections and minoxidil finasteride topical application but there wasn't any significant improvement in inhibition from hair to recede more amd recently 3 more patches has been developed out of which 2 are on my head top and ine at back. What should I do I am highly depressed due to this. I want some treatment that shows efficiency asal. please help me sir.
