Swollen feet can be because of cardiac issues or kidney problems. You already have some renal issues like prostratic hypertrophy and dribbling of urine. To rule out kidney problems you need to do sr. Na, sr. K+, sr. Urea, sr. Creat and usg (a+p) to rule out cardiac issues you will need ecg 2d echo.
