I am a 16 years old male, I have recently noticed a small lump at the opening of my anus, it has been there for years, its not hard, its kind of soft and its also painless, it doesn't hurt if I defecate or never hurts when I touch it, it has although sometimes gotten itchy and just a bit painful for a few seconds, it has only happened twice or thrice in a year.
