My house is on highway and all dust come from outside My feet becomes very dirty all the day I have to wash many time to clean them is there any cream or something with which I can easily clean my feet.

Hi what you can do after you get into your hose was the feet with clean water preferably lukewarm water. Dry it properly and apply supframycine ointment. At times you cal apply nesporin dry powder and after sometime you can clean it lasly avoid dust as far as possible thanx
