I am 64 years old lady having MRI of spine done as under:- Acute benign collapse of L2 vertebral body with L1-L2 disc injury. No paravertebral and epidural collection seen. Annular fissure with diffuse disc bulge at L4-5 level causing indentation of thecal sac and encroaching upon bilateral neural forming. No evidence of neural compression. Doctor kindly suggest the treatment.
