Hello, I?m a 30-year-old woman. Since the last few months I have been experiencing some spotting 2-3 days before my regular period flow begins. This never happened before. Do I need to get myself checked? Also, what do I consider as the first day of my cycle in this case? Many thanks, F.

Yes it is better to get checked up. Take simple USG abdomen first. Then consult with reports for homoeopathic treatment.
