Is hempushpa warm in nature? I got small pimple like in the core of rectum which is sprouts like of pile. And now after consuming hempushpa thrice, I suddenly got a big pimple like at the core of rectum outside which is also paining. This one is a little bit fleshy as well. Is it because of hempushpa?
