I have a son. Next month he'll turn 2 years old. I am worried he doesn't speak too many words till now. His vocabulary is limited to a few words like many, cha-cha ,na (no), a few more. He tried to speak anything else than this and his speech falters and only gibberish comes out. Also his teeth aren't fully formed. He has only incisors and canine grown and no other teeth. Please tell me is this normal for a two year old.
