I just got some blood test results back, but my doctor isn't available to explain them to me. I had the test done where I took a low dose of Dexamethasone roughly 8 hours prior to my blood test. My Cortisol came back at 0.6 and my ACTH, Plasma came back as 3.1. Is this normal?

Cortisol levels are different in morning, afternoon and night So kindly specify the timing at which the tests were done And normally cortisol levels are high in early morning and if blood sample for your reading was early morning than your levels will be considered to be low
