Hello Sir/Ma'am, My dad was operated as his gall bladder was ruptured and pus was spread inside his abdomen doctor have said that they have cleaned and added the draines because of gall bladder stones and two drains was inserted after 6 days they removed as no fluid was coming( yellow brown fluid bile ) and after 14 days doctor did a ultrasound and told us that collection of pus was formed in the left side of abdomen from where the drain was removed so they inserted one more drain using ultrasound at the place where the pus was formed but the fluid was coming out everyday 300-450 ml so doctor did MRCP and told us that another place pus was formed in the place of navel so they inserted one more drain but still the fluid is coming out from the last drain which is in the middle near navel. - My question are how the pus is formed in spite of removing the pus during operation? - How the fluid is formed 350 - 450 ml( one of the doctor have suggested him to give good protein diet so other doctors have changed his diet dad is also a diabetic patient)
