I an 39 years old diabetic hisp male. I recently started to get bumps on my foreskin with no pus or fluids coming out of them. But they have not gone away. They do not itch or hurt. Within the last cpl of weeks I started to feel discomfort under the head of my penis so I started looking and I have a white greyish discolor skin on my penis. I do feel a slight sharp pain in the shaft of my penis more then often. Any idea of what it can be? Not sure to go to my family Dr. or look for a specialist?

It is better you visit a dermatologist in person. Its difficult to judge otherwise.
