Is There any treatment of scapular crepitus. It happen due to heavy lifting in gym 4 years before. Now pain when I ride scooter. MRI or CT no tissue muscle broken. But creaking sound when I move my shoulder or when I move my neck. But I can do my daily work easy but pain some time. Is there any treatment. I thing fluid between is finish. Suggest me?
