Hello Doctor, I have dried and chapped lips most of the time. My throat also feels excessively dry quite often. This leads to bad mouth smell too occasionally. I experience tingling sensation in my extremities as well. Kindly suggest me some remedy as it takes a toll on my confidence and my communication skills are affected adversely.

In this condition your mouth does not have enough saliva to keep wet. Dry mouth is often due to the side effect of certain medications or aging issues or less fluid intake etc. You can try following things to make your mouth wet, Trysugar-free candy or chew sugar-free gum. Drink plenty of water to help keep your mouth moist. Breathe through your nose, not your mouth, as much as possible. Most Important, Make an appointment with your dentist, they diagnose and prescribe medicines for you.
