I am suffering from chronic orchitis for 4 yrs. At first at right testicle, now at both. I feel mild pain and inflammation at both testicles. One year ago I did USG test which shows that bilateral microlithiasis. Also I feel pulling in ciatika nerve o right side leg since the beginning. Many says that this is non curable. Can I marry? can I spent sexual life. please help.

Don't worry.You don't have a serious problem.You are having epididymo orchitis which can be cured by analgesic, antibiotic and scrotal suspensory bandage. Consult surgeon for advice
