I am feeling buzzing sensation like vibration in my anus though is is not creating any pain, it gives some odd and strage feeling like heart beat. I have diabetes for the past 7 years and using medicine. Problem in discharge of stools. It takes three to four times to empty the stools in the morning.Kindly suggest treatment
