I am not able to use my left eye however it is having no disease. What should I do?

Dear, if you are unable to see objects clearly from left eye, you need to get your vision tested for any refraction error and corrective spectacles can be worn for that. Please see an opthalmologist for detailed examination of eye including slit lamp for any other pathology of cornea etc.
