My daughter of 3.8 years is suffering from high fever. Last July the doctor gave her an injection and she became fine. Now in September fever has started again. What could be the problem. Moreover there are many reddish round spots in her upper and lower gums which I am very worried of. What does that spots may be. Please suggest and guide what should be done?
