Hello, My age is 23 year ,Male, from 5 days I am taking saraswatarishta with water after meal for brain power. But immediately after taking burning start on tip of penis,(penis hole. Sometimes I suffered from this problem earlier also when not taking sarswatarisht, applying turmeric powder help me earlier, but taking saraswatarish has increased the problem, My penis hole becomes too red and burn with urge of urine. Please guide with some home remedy, I do not want to stop taking saraswatarish. Will taking it in milk will be helpful ,or it is not advised to take it in milk.
