My father had an cataract operation yesterday morning and today we went for opening the Bandage. He had no vision in the eye today. Doctor said he had to insert air bubble yesterday during operation due to pressure in the eye and it will take few days for eyesight to come back after bubble dissolves and inflammation goes. Is this normal and when will he be able to see. He is 67 years and had cataract only in left eye. Does not have diabetes.

Air bubble usually disappears on its own and recheck the eyesight after a day for confirmation
