I have pain in my spinal cord if I sit a long time. Dr. has suggest not to bend. Also recommend physiotherapy for 1 month. How much the problem is serious? And any other precaution I should take by myself.

Physiotherapy is better.. And go with doctors guidance.. dont bend and dont sit for long hours,maintain a good straight posture while siting and walking,get enough of calcium and vitamin D.. sleep without pillow or slim pillows..keep cushion or support on chair backside when you sit..
