Elephantiasis cant be cured permanantly..it should be maintained through proper diet,medicines and exercises.. and for diabetes its important to do physical activities,protein rich diet,proper medication.. these are the things that has to be maintained properly.. Soak ladyfinger in lukewarm water for 20 mon..strain it..and drink daily in empty stomach..its a homemade solution to regulate blood sugar level.. with that maintain a good nutritious diet and physical activity..
