1) fibro-glandular structure of breast is normal in disposition and echogenicity. Fat globules, fibrous septae and laciferous duct system are normal. 2) axillary tail of breast is also normal. 3) 2 small hypoechoic hypovascular sols noted in outer lower q of left breast, one in subareolar region and the other slightly above it at approx 3o' clock position. 4) pectoralis and intercostal muscles planes are normal. 5) areola, sub-areolar region, skin thickness and subcutaneous layers are normal. 6) no obvious enlarged lymph node is detected in the axilla. What do these points mean in easy language or in layman language? Is it malignant related?
